Fun and Fitness is our program focus. The program is designed to help young children find a passion for fitness and exercise. We focus on the six main areas of sports development: conditioning, endurance, strength, speed, running form and agility.
My focus is strength training and correct eating habits. The measurement of success is consistent running and exercising. I provide a personal running, exercise and eating plan for your life style and your specific goals.
Many children are bored or don’t have arranged supervision during the school holidays, which often adds stress to a parent’s day — For these reasons, Kerif has developed sports specific clinics that engage in the children’s extra mural activities.
